This definitely would NOT be the case in Texas!

So last night after the kids are all in bed David notices the AC in the house is not blowing cold air. He said it felt warm in the house and so he checked the vents and noticed the air coming out wasn't cold. I hadn't even noticed the house being warm, no telling when the AC quit working! So he turned it off and crept into the kids' bedrooms and opened their windows, we opened our bedroom windows and left a few partially open downstairs. This morning, Audrey comes downstairs wrapped in a fleece blanket complaining that she was COLD!!!! We called and AC repair person and had it fixed before noon. When we turned it back on I had to dial down the temp to get it to kick on so we could test it. Even with no AC all night and morning, the house had yet to heat up past the temp I have the AC set for!!!! And yet - today when I took the older two to the pool while Allison napped (David was home with her) the other moms at the pool were all talking about they were so ready for the fall and the cooler weather ...... crazy yanks!!!!!
