Celebrations, Festivals, Birthday's and Father's Day

The end of May and then the beginning of June sure are turning out to be busy, busy times here. School ends and there are parties and gifts to organize for teachers. Dance classes end and there are recitals and last classes and more teacher gifts. The 1st weekend in June is the St. Max festival. (It's a big fair-type event at the Catholic church close to our neighborhood, we can walk to it) Then Allison's birthday is on the 9th and David's birthday is on the 12th and then right after is Father's Day. Here are a few pictures from all the events so far:

Amy with her Pre-School Diploma - How thrilled does she look to be posing for this picture?
Audrey proudly displaying the badges she earned with her American Heritage Girl Troop Unit

Amy and a few of her dance buddies warming up before the show
A few of the girls posing with the teacher after the show

A few pictures from the St. Max Fetsival

Audrey rode this ride ALL BY HERSELF!!!!

Allison's First Ride Ever!!!!!

She did not like it very much. She was ok going around but not when the bear started to spin as well (think tea cup ride at Disney) she was not a happy camper!

David's Birthday

We spent part of Father's Day adding to our garden. This year we have 4 tomato plants, one jalapeno plant, one green pepper plant, one yellow pepper plant, and 5 onions growing here. (the onions and one tomato plant are off to the right and not in the photo)

And on the deck we are attempting an herb garden of sorts. On the left is basil and on the right is dill and cilantro
