Good Grief!

Seriously! At what age do you suppose I will stop crying when they kill off characters on my soap opera! I just spent almost 2 hours crying my eyes out cuz Gus died on Guiding Light. You would think that at 37 I would realize that these people are NOT real! Good Grief!! Where do you suppose this unnatural attachment to these fictional characters comes from? Is it simply that this soap opera will forever remind me of my mom? Is it because I have watched it for 37 years? Or am I just that weird?!
