Look at my pretty floors! They think they will maybe finish up tomorrow, maybe Thursday. Oh how I wish they would stay this shiny! Ya' think I can ban all crumbs, scuff marks, cat fur and dust from ever entering these two rooms?
So in hindsight - we wish we had made the border even wider - say 6-8 planks instead of the 4. Oh well, I still like it. In fact, I think a party to show them off is definitely in order! Hmmmm - what can I use for an excuse? The girls and I will be gone at Camporee this weekend, next weekend is Mother's Day, the following weekend maybe? Amy has a dance recital on Sunday but perhaps I can create an excuse for some sort of shin dig on Saturday? Suggestions are welcome!

Well then you will have to get here that much sooner OR wait ... better idea ... we'll just have to have TWO parties. One now and one when you get here!
