The Storage Area So Far.....

This is what the storage room looks like on my side. Not perfectly neat but boxed and somewhat organized. (this is mostly seasonal stuff, crafty stuff, teacher stuff, etc ...)

This is part of the mess I am hoping will become organized. There is a baby swing in there I plan on selling and the infant car seat and extra base I would love to sell or donate but I'm not sure what the rules are on that. The rest is baby stuff I am keeping "just in case", luggage and other assorted stuff. Stuff we should probably get rid of but for whatever reason, haven''t gotten rid of yet....

To make way for the new shelves on his side, David cleared out his stash of empty cardboard boxes. Boxes he had been hanging onto in case he needed them to ship something. In this arena - the boy does admittedly have some hoarding tendencies. He does ship things from the house in conjunction with his side business --- but not THAT much stuff.... These are in my garage for now and I am hoping to slowly recycle them across the next 2-3 weeks.

Then he got to work on the shelves:

This whole back wall had been covered in boxes - some empty, some full ....

Ta Da! Here they are! Ready to be filled!!!

And since today is a "Snow Day" and I think we'll be staying home since it is currently all of SEVENTEEN DEGREES outside ..... I plan on getting down there and starting the daunting task of organizing ......
